UES PERRY FF-340

	During the Earth/Romulan War, small, light frigates like the Perry class were used as escorts, and in fast, hard-hitting attacks on Romulan patrols.

The Perry class' small size and heavy armament of six single-point laser turrets gave them startling maneuverability combined with a ferocious sting. Their lack of missile armament was no handicap, considering the types of missions they were usually tasked with. And, in certain circumstances, antiship missiles could be racked externally. In this image, The United Earth Ship Perry takes out a Romulan combat frigate that had, unfortunately, just damaged Perry's squadronmate, UES Halsey.
